Something glorious happened this fall...school started and I finally have all my kids in school!!! Okay, so I have a 3rd grader, kindergartener, and a preschooler but how I see it is I have 6 hours per week with no children... I know amazing!

hey amber. what's up? doge and i are thinking about running the deseret news marathon next year and i'm petty sure that you ran it last year, right? tell me all about it. was it hot? was it a quick race?

You know I don't think I would run that race again...it wasn't well organized and it was soooo hot. The course has some really steep downhill and some uphill, but mostly the heat really bothered me. It was close to 80 degrees when we started and near 90 by the finish. My legs were shot by the last couple of miles because of the downhill. But I think all marathons are hard in different ways. If you do it let me know. I am trying to figure out which one I want to run next year. Good luck!
